  • What is your return policy?

    You can cancel a purchase up to 14 days after your delivery date, you must then return the purchase to our premises within 28 days of delivery date. 


    All goods must be returned in the exact condition they were sold, e.g. sealed in box, all bundled items must be returned together. The purchaser accepts they must pay all return postage costs on non-faulty goods. All consumable items, printer cartridges, services, software and bespoke items – unless found to be faulty are not eligible for refund or return as unwanted goods.


    All refunds are by credit note only. Full cash/card refunds are only available if the product has been found to be faulty or was purchased online/phone and returned as cancelled purchase.

  • Why are your prices not always as cheap than other retailers?

    Unfortunately the retail market is a very hostile one within the tech industry. We try our upmost to give our customers the best prices but in short, our prices are honest prices.


    We work out our prices based on a multitude of factors but here are three main focuses of the company. 


    Firstly, Honesty, is the price fair to us and our customers? is the customer being overcharged? Are we making a profit?


    Secondly, Survival, can we sell at this price and still continue to function as a business? we have to keep our employees paid, electricity bills, insurances, web hosting costs and so on which all add up. We can't help you if we're gone afterall.


    Thirdly, Value, is the product and the support we offer worth it? We pride ourselves on our support and how much we care for our customers beyond the sale. We're not some big faceless company. We are a small company who wants to grow but still maintain our professional but personal interactions with our customers.

  • How much is delivery?

    Well that depends on many factors.


    UK Next Day is £5.99 on all orders below £150 and above £150 it's FREE!


    You can also select shop collection and then when you collect your goods you can have a good chat with one of our technicians with any questions you might have.


    If you live outside the UK unfortunately we can't at present ship any goods too you.

  • Can I exchange items?

    We have a 14 day policy on products, so if you purchase anything and you change your mind you can return it so long it is in the same condition you bought it, you will have to cover the return postage though.


    If you come to our Crediton shop they can help you at the counter too with your exchange.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    We currently do not, though we are planning on implementing this soon.
