New Website Launched

We've been cooking this up in the kitchen!

So, I'm sure you've been wondering what's been going on with those chappies at the Technology Shop in Crediton, well, a lot.

So let us begin with this wonderful new site, yes there are no products on it at the moment, but this will just increase bit by bit as we continue to grow. We've started stocking secondhand laptops now more readily as we find our "preloved" refurbs are getting so much love from our customers, the accessories are growing too as we have more and more options from suppliers here on quality products for us to pass on to yourselves.

Due to high demand we've started implementing the option for shop collection? Why? Well, it's not for everyone but a lot of our customers do like chatting at the counter about their purchase, requesting software to be installed or maybe they just want to get out the house. Either way, we love seeing you, so, if you order for shop collection know that we will ring you when your tech is with us.

iPhone repairs are possibly going to be on the website so customers can preorder their repair for their screens only (at first). Why only screens I hear you cry, well firstly we repair over 200 items on iPhones and maintaining pricing, stock and reflecting these changes on the website is just too big a task for our small team, so we will be just listing their screens. Who knows, if this service grows we might add more options on the website, so it's a watch this space kind of situation.

With our new website we also start to separate our repair side of the business and we're now advising all our repairs are still handled by the same staff, in the same building but under System Tech Support ... but why William? Well, as we progress our business we have found that retail and support are having very different issues within their respective industries. So, we're splitting the team. But, there is currently only a small team, so for the moment all staff will continue to handle both sides of our business, so on the surface, nothings changed but at our core there is some really cool stuff in motion.

I hope you enjoyed this little read and I'll catch up with you all soon, pop in and let us know what you think of the website.

With superfast broadband being widely available through Devon this is fast becoming a quick and easy solution, please contact us to have this setup. All iPhone and Laptop Screen repairs and other jobs are still being carried out, we are collecting and returning devices just as we always have but now you can bring them to us should you need to. NHS, Key workers, Teachers and their Pupils We are prioritising your work and repairs over others so that you may continue your work, whether that is learning maths or supporting the vulnerable at home. Finally, we understand that our work is important and have been pleasantly surprised by the response we have had from customers thanking us for not just closing up and disappearing. We understand that for many of the vulnerable that the tech world has opened many aspects of your lives to make it easier, this can be from ordering groceries and prescriptions to keeping in touch with family. We will continue to support you all. Thank you for your patience and understanding
